So, I’m deploying soon (National Guard. Middle East. And that’s all I intend to say about it on this blog until I get home.) and went up to the attic to grab some things out of my big rucksack that I thought I might need to pack for mobilization. On the very top was all my clean laundry from a warfighter exercise at Fort Drum. That exercise was 18 months ago.
I had brand new underwear in there. And two bras I’ve been looking frantically for everywhere. For a year and a half, apparently.
Sigh…
